Jeffrey Phillips, Chairman: Jeffrey is a private investor. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Micropal before the company's sale to Standard & Poor's.
Graham McKean, Director: Graham was one of the founders of the BMS group, amongst the ten biggest reinsurance brokers in the UK, and served as its chairman until 2008. He was also a member of the Lloyd's Market Board and of the Lloyd's Governing Council.
Robin Wilkinson, Director: Robin is a founder of Arium and has been involved in risk analysis since the early 1990s. She previously served as Head of Legal Services at British Airways Plc and Associate Counsel at United International Pictures. She was admitted to the New York Bar in 1982.
